After watching the following DJ AM tribute video, Travis Barker went to his Twitter page today and wrote this message about his late friend: "This vid makes me smile from ear 2 ear and tear at the same time, miss u homie."
The video, according to the YouTube posting, was shown during the DJ AM memorial at the Palladium last week.

Travis Barker was seen at the Hillside Memorial Park and Mortuary this afternoon -- where his good friend Adam "DJ AM" Goldstein was laid to rest.
Travis and Goldstein were the only survivors of a 2008 plane crash in South Carolina.

Blink-182 just announced they're rescheduling two concerts -- they canceled last night's show -- because Travis Barker needs time to "mourn" DJ AM's death.
The following statement was posted on blink-182's website:
"After much thought and consideration, blink-182 has rescheduled their next two shows in order for Travis Barker to mourn the loss of his dear friend Adam Goldstein ... Travis, Mark and Tom would like to thank all their fans for their support during this difficult time."
ALSO: We've learned DJ Jazzy Jeff will fill-in for DJ AM this Friday at Rain Nightclub at the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas.

Blink-182 just canceled their concert tonight at the Saratoga Performing Arts Center in New York, citing DJ AM's death as the reason for pulling out of the gig.
Here's the statement the band just put up on MySpace:
"Due to circumstances surrounding the unfortunate and untimely passing of our dear friend Adam "DJ AM" Goldstein, blink-182 will not be playing tonight in Saratoga, NY at SPAC ... We thank all of our fans for their support in this tough time."

He said it wouldn't be easy -- but Travis Barker took the stage last night just one day after the passing of his good friend DJ AM. 
Barker performed at the Comcast Theater in Hartford, CT. He tweeted earlier in the day, "Don't know how i am gonna play 2night but i am for AM."

Travis Barker has taken to Twitter to mourn the loss of his close friend DJ AM -- in bursts of 140 characters or less.
Barker wrote: "Don't know how i am gonna play 2night but i am for AM. My brother is gone.i love u and miss u, i'll never forget all the good times we had.
Followed shortly by: "I'll never forget everything we've been thru and every time i play the drums i'll think of you. U were an amazing friend/DJ/human being."
And lastly: "Rest In Peace my brother, this really f**ks me up."

Shanna Moakler has been feuding with her ex-husband Travis Barker, but the passing of DJ AM might spark a truce ... at least temporarily.
Barker survived the horrific plane crash last year alongside his good friend DJ AM. Through her rep, Moakler told us, "My deepest condolences are to DJ AM, he was a great artist and will be severely missed. My thoughts and prayers to his family and friends. My support and love goes out to Travis as I know how hard this is for him and how close they were."

Finally some clarity about Monday's epic battle between Travis Barker and Shanna Moakler -- cops have released the dramatic report from the incident that centered around a convicted child molester.
According to the Barrington Police, the drama began when Travis went to Shanna's Rhode Island home to drop off their two kids. When Travis noticed a car belonging to a convicted child molester near the home, he got into an argument with Shanna -- and she called the cops.
When police arrived, Travis told police he didn't "want to leave the kids in the residence with a pedophile and wanted a certified nanny with the kids."
Cops read the court order explaining the custody agreement between the couple, which stated that the man who owned the car was not allowed near the kids. But when they checked Moakler's home and discovered he was not there, Barker agreed to leave as long as he was given the names and numbers of the two nannies staying with the kids.
After the deal was made, cops say Shanna asked about how to get a restraining order. It doesn't say who she was trying to restrain, but after Travis posted a message on his Twitter page calling his wife a piece of ... well, another word for excrement ... you could probably figure it out.
UPDATE: Shanna's rep just told us: "It is really sad at this point that Shanna can't enjoy her children with her family in peace. Why would police let the kids stay if this apparent "uncle" was actually there. Shanna and Travis need to work this out without the media being involved. There are young children involved and its just not fair."

Shanna Moakler agreed to let Travis Barker take their two kids on the road with him last month during his tour with Blink-182 ... but she didn't let that happen without getting something for herself in return.
Custody papers filed in L.A. County Superior Court say in order for the kids to tour with Travis from July 25 -- August 22, he has to arrange a vacation for Moakler and the kids to Rhode Island on August 26.
The papers say Travis also has to take Shanna and the kiddies to R.I. via his tour bus.
And here's the weird part: The papers say the kids aren't allowed to get near a man named Richard Sinnott "at any time whatsoever."
It's unclear at this time who exactly Richard is and why they don't want their kids around him.

The pilot of the plane that crashed with DJ AM and Travis Barker on board heard a series of strange noises just moments before the fatal crash. 
According to a log of intra-cockpit communication, one of the pilots can be heard saying "What was that?" The other pilot responds, "I don't know. We're not going though."
The NTSB released the log today, along with several photos of items recovered at the scene, but is still months away from issuing a final report with the probable cause of the crash.
The plane crashed as it was trying to abort takeoff from Columbia, SC just before midnight on September 19, 2008. Four of the six people on board were killed.

Shanna Moakler is throwing down the gauntlet over allegations made by her ex-husband, Travis Barker, scoffing at his claim that she has an uncle who's a sex offender.
Long story short -- Travis accused Shanna of endangering the lives of their kids by letting them hang around her sex offender uncle. One problem -- Shanna doesn't have an uncle ... so she says today.
She tells us, "I don't have a uncle, second, I would NEVER endanger the lives of my children, I find making public spectacles humiliating not just for our children but for our entire families."
Interesting, because yesterday Shanna said on her Twitter she and her uncle were planning on suing.'
UPDATE -- A little clarification on the "uncle." According to Shanna's rep, "Shanna's family has helped foster children for decades. Many of them are not related who she still calls aunt, uncle, brother, and cousin. So I hope everyone understands, Shanna is not blood related to the specific gentleman her and Travis were referring to. The media caught her off guard and she got flustered."

The National Transportation Safety Board has issued a preliminary report on the jet crash in which DJ AM and Travis Barker survived. Four others were killed.
According to the report, the roll down the runway was normal at first, but sparks began flying (presumably after several tires blew out) and at 136 knots "the crew attempted to reject the takeoff, however they were unable to stop the airplane ..." The report goes on -- "... the left and right main gear tire rims scarred the runway surface."
In short, it looks like a blown tire triggered the emergency and the crew couldn't stop the plane. Some experts believe the pilot should have attempted to take off rather than abort, and that's the basis of lawsuit filed by DJ and Travis.

Travis was rockin' a sling on a day out with his daughter yesterday. The extent of his newest injury is unknown to us -- but after surviving a plane crash, it probably isn't bothering him too much.
