Brit's Ex Manager Feels Burn of K-Fed

Britney Spears' ex-manager, Larry Rudolph, is the latest person in the Britosphere to be served with a subpoena by Kevin Federline's lawyer Perez Hilton reports. Larry got the gloomy news while at one of Brit's haunts, Sunset Tan.

Rudolph was served inside the tanning salon in West L.A. this morning. "Sunset Tan" the reality show, reports ThatOtherBlog, is one of Larry's shows. He was at the salon for a meeting we're told. This means that Rudolph, who had reportedly tried to go all black-ops to avoid getting served, will now have to testify about his former client.

Several of Spears' ex-assistants and friends have gotten their talking papers from Kaplan.

32. At the beginning of their marriage he was a bad parent and at the end she's a bad parent. Why don't she subpoena his friend and associates that hung out during his party days (he hasn't stopped) so that their people can all say "No Comment". They can't make these people talk. I would feel better if her parents got the kids. It won't happen but it should.

33. This just shows that Federline is in it for the money in my opinion. He doesn't care about those boys, he just wants a free meal ticket. Yes, Brit needs to get help, and more than anything needs her family around her now. But Fedex abandoned his first two children, because their baby Mama was poor, so how does this make him a good father now? I don't buy it. Britney get help! Get out of the press and stay out. Sort yourself out. Hire a fabulous nanny. I remember my attorney once said: "Even prostitutes and drug addicts get to keep their children", and so with that said, I see no reason why Britney can't keep custody of her boys, she just needs some very good people by her side to guide her. I think I would be a fruit loop if I had that slacker ex-dancer husband screwing me for more than the pre-nup too.
