16. How could you honestly think that Kevin is doing it for the money. He was never about the money, it was all her! All the crap that she is doing in public and private is going to backfire in her face. Those kids need someone who is not taking them through Starbucks drive-thrus at night. If he gets custody then he should only get child support. Who would have ever thought that he would be the better parent? Until Brit shows otherwise, my money's on Kevin. The sad part is that if he does get custody, she'll
probably go completely insane or commit suicide. .

17. It's pretty funny how Spears' "fans" are trying to support her by saying that Federline is "as bad" or "no better" than she is. First, this admits that she's loony-tunes and, at the very least, a deficient mother. Second, IF he was "as bad", where are the abundance of pictures of him with his ass hanging out in public and for the paps, or "flashing" his front parts in the same manner? Where's the manic behavior? To go on (though it would be very easy) is boring and unnecessary. To even the moderately intelligent, the evidence (and pictures) tell the truth, and everyone knows it.

20. If she wants to keep her children, she needs to play the system their way. Even if she doesn't like the way she expected to be, just play along, if only to hang on to those boys. I don't think she is a bad mother, she's not the kind of mother I am or think is perfect, but that doesn't make her abusive or negligent. If it could be proven she is a bad parent, then yes take them away, but just because Kevin donated the sperm doesn't entitle him to cutstody.

23. Okay, Do you think maybe Britney is spiralling out of control because everybody is always in her face. We all make mistakes.........we just don't get media attention for them, which is good for some of us. K-stupid is a bad father, he is taking advantage of the bad publicity on Britany to make himself look good. Everyone was saying he was such a bad father before Brit started falling apart, the only thing that's different is that Brit is having a few problems. Having two kids so close together and being married to such a loser would do it. If K-reject gets costody of those kids I feel sorry for them. Brit just needs some therapy and she'll be just fine, well maybe she needs to stay home for a few months during her therapy to heal. Leave her alone!!!!!!!!!! She just needs to learn to make the transition from child to grown up mother with kids of her own, maybe if she had some support and positive attention she could do that.

24. Well. All he needs to do is NOT REMEMBERING, not knowing, simply not be able to give any clear answers that can harm Brittney. If he truely is on her side noone can make him talk against her.

Brittney became more and more mentally unstable as soon she got togeather with her exhusband. Something serious happend with her when this man came into her life.

I am horrified by her behaviour and sad about the deep tragedy that is hidden here.

I just hope that one day a good therapist can reach her before it is to late and she loses not only her kids but her life.

Some of you are just talking out your wazoo - give me a break, this woman had a chance to straighten her ass out - she knew KFed was watching, she knew the world was watching - hell the paps are all up her ass constantly- and yet what does she do? she strips to her underwear in plain view of the cameras to jump in the ocean, she climbs all over a college student she picked up, she parties every night, she goes to hotel rooms with men at all hours of the night (regardless if they want to call it work), she takes off to vegas with dancers and proceeds to get a warning for speeding, she goes out in public with her ass hanging out, need I go on! And before you say that doesn't make her a bad mom, no it doesn't but her ass is being watched and she preparing for a custody fight, and she still thinks she is above it all because she is Britney Spears!

Do not lay this on KFed's shoulders - she did it to herself!

He probably WANTS to testify against the ungrateful hobag, but didn't want to look bad for other potential clients. You never bad talk the people you used to work for, because then no one can trust you.

But if you are FORCED by law to air their dirty laundry, then it isn't your fault, right?
